Summer Arts Institute

The Summer Arts Institute at McColl Center for Visual Art offers a variety of options for rising 1st - 8th grades. Week-long classes begin June 14th and run through August 6th.  All classes are taught by professional artists and includes classics like Painting Explorations and KidSketch as well as new additions Eco-Art and Performing a Painting. Each class runs from 9 AM to Noon or 1 PM to 4 PM and include gallery tours and studio visits with the Center’s resident artists’. An extended day option is also available which provides a supervised lunch hour ($25/week) for campers who spend the whole day.

 

We are also pleased to announce a new partnership with The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art. Three week-long offerings will be available for grades 4th, 5th, and 6th and will run 9 AM to 3 PM.
